Registration

Each participant in the Symposium pays a Registration Fee. The fee is the same whether it is participated on site or remotely. Participation can be as an Author or as a Attendee. The fee, depending on the choice, allows for participation in the Symposium with one or more papers - see below. Only papers for which a Registration Fee has been paid will be allowed to be submitted and published. The registration is valid upon a confirmation through the bank account of XXXIV ISS "MMA 2024".

The fee covers: participation in the Symposium on site or remotely, participation in the Symposium Events and receiving the materials of the Symposium. The Registration Fee does not cover the costs of stay, accommodation and meals and is non-refundable..

I. SYMPOZIUM PARTICIPATION WAYS

• Leading Author is the first name under the title of the paper. The default is that the Leading Author is Presenter, Corresponding Author with the Program Committee (PC), signs the Copyright Form and is a bearer of the Registration Fee. In case the Leading Author authorize someone from co-authors to present the paper, the Presenter became Corresponding Author with the PC, signs the Copyright Form and is a bearer of the Registration Fee
• Presenter is a co-author, authorized by the Leading Author to take a part in the Symposium and to present the paper. The Presenter is a bearer of the Registration Fee, Corresponding Author with the PC and signs the Copyright Form
• Corresponding Author is a Leading Author or authorized by him Presenter who is taking a part in the Symposium, takes care about the correspondence with the PC and signs the Copyright Form
• Non-Leading Author is a co-author, who is taking a part of the Symposium
• Attendee is a participant in the Symposium without paper

II. REGISTRATION FEES

Registration Fees for Authors, Presenters and Attendees cover:

• Participation in the Symposium on-site or remotely (on-line)
• Electronic Copy of the Proceedings of the Symposium
• Materials of the Symposium
• Symposium Events: "Welcome Evening", Cocktail and Coffee Brakes

The Registration Fees don't cover Accommodation, Stay and Food costs.

*Early Bird fee for authors shall be paid after the submission of the full text of the paper for evaluation

1. Base Registration Fee includes:

Publication coverage for ONE accepted paper. Bearer of the Base Registration Fee is the Leading Author or the Presenter of the paper.

2. Extra Paper Fee includes:

Publication coverage for SECOND accepted paper with the same Leading Author. Publication coverage of THIRD and/or NEXT accepted paper is a subject to a Regular Registration Fee. If the Leading Author authorize different Presenter for the SECOND paper than for the first paper, The Extra Paper Fee covers the publication only and the Presenter pay Non-Leading Author Registration Fee.

3. Doctorants Registration Fee includes:

Publication coverage for ONE accepted paper. Covers Doctorants and teams of Students and Doctorants only – a declaration from the Participant and his Mentor or an official document in one of the third working languages of the Symposium requires. If a Doctorant is a Leading Author and the mentor(s) name participates on the paper an additional Non-Leading Author tax requires for the mentor(s). Doctorant as a Leading Author can authorize only a Student or a Doctorant to be Presenter, Corresponding Author with the PC and to sign the Copyright Form.

4. Non-Leading Author Registration Fee:

The Non-Leading Author Registration Fee serves Co-Authors who wish to take a part in the Symposium together with the Leading Author or authorized Presenter of the same paper. When such Non-Leading Author is a Co-Author of several papers, only one Non-Leading Author Registration Fee is due. The Non-Leading Author Registration Fee is due also for a Leading Author who wish to take a part in Symposium together with the authorized by him Presenter of the same paper.

5. Attendee Registration Fee covers:

The Attendee/Student Registration Fee serves Attendees/Students without papers who wish to take an active part in the Symposium.

6. Contracted Fee

IEEE members members enjoy a 10% discount on all fees.
The Contracted Fee is a subject of both-way agreements with organizations, sponsors and institutions.
