Registration

Each participant in the Symposium pays a Registration Fee. The fee is the same for on-site and online participation. Only papers for which a registration fee has been paid will be allowed to be submitted and published. Registration is valid upon confirmation of payment to the Symposium bank account.

Important Notes

The Registration Fee does not cover accommodation, stay, meals, or travel costs.
The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Participation can be as an Author/Presenter or as an Attendee (without paper).
IEEE members enjoy a 10% discount on all fees.

Participation Roles

Leading Author – first author listed; typically the Presenter and corresponding author; bearer of the Base Fee.
Presenter – authorized co-author presenting the paper; signs the Copyright Form and bears the registration fee.
Corresponding Author – Leading Author or authorized Presenter handling communication with the Programme Committee.
Non-Leading Author – co-author attending together with the Leading Author/Presenter.
Attendee – participant without a paper.

Fees apply equally to on-site and online participation. Early Bird for authors is paid after submission of the full text for evaluation.

IEEE members receive a 10% discount on all fees. Contracted Fee is subject to a bilateral agreement.

Fee Rules (Papers & Coverage)

Base Fee covers publication for one accepted paper. Bearer is the Leading Author or Presenter.
Extra Paper Fee covers publication for a second accepted paper with the same Leading Author.
Third and subsequent papers require a separate regular Registration Fee.
If the second paper has a different Presenter, the Extra Paper Fee covers publication only; the Presenter pays the Non-Leading Author fee.
PhD Students Fee covers one accepted paper (PhD students and student/PhD teams only; supporting declaration/document is required).
Non-Leading Author Fee applies to co-authors attending with the Leading Author/Presenter; one fee covers attendance even if co-author of multiple papers.

The registration fee must be transferred in EUR to one of the bank accounts listed below. Two EUR accounts are currently available; participants may use either of them.

The payment reference must include the participant’s full name (first and last name), the acronym "MMA 2026" and the name and address of the affiliated organization.

All bank transfer charges must be covered by the participant.

International participants may use Wise for international bank transfers.
