Submission

Authors are kindly invited to submit abstracts and full papers (including results, tables, figures and references) via the EasyChair system.

Submission of the Papers

  • Submissions are accepted via EasyChair.
  • Submitted papers must be formatted according to the IEEE Template to be considered for publication.
  • Paper length: 4–6 pages, written in English.
  • Each paper should be accompanied by a completed Copyright Form, uploaded to EasyChair no later than the announced deadline.

Peer Review

All papers submitted to participate in ISS “MMA 2026” are reviewed by the International Programme Committee. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results (experimental or theoretical) and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Notification of acceptance will be sent to the authors according to the announced schedule. After acceptance, authors may reflect reviewers’ notes in the final version.

Final Submission Package

Upon receipt of the acceptance message, the final submission typically includes:

  • Final paper: PDF and DOCX formats
  • Copyright form: completed and uploaded
  • Presentation: PPT or PPTX in English

Presentation of the Papers

  • Papers can be orally presented by the Leading Author or Presenter in any of the working languages: Bulgarian, English or Russian.
  • Oral translation to and from the working languages is not provided.
  • Presentations are delivered as MS PowerPoint presentations written in English.
  • Time for presentation: 15 minutes.
  • The presentation should be saved on a flash drive and provided to the section secretary no later than 15 minutes before the session starts.

Publication of the Papers

Approved papers will be published in IEEE Xplore (indexed in Scopus) or in the Proceedings of ISS “MMA 2026” in electronic form.

Extended versions of selected papers may be published in the Proceedings of the Technical University of Sofia.
